• £28,000-£30,000 basic salary

The Role

As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for education roles
  * Write candidate CV profiles
  * Build strong candidate relationships
  * Work closely with experienced consultants
  * Support schools by matching them with the best teaching staff

After year one, you'll transition into a sales-focused recruitment role managing your own desk.

Driving Requirement
