Impact Academy Development

Our structured programme covers:

Key Responsibilities

First 6-9 months:
* Source and interview candidates
* Prepare CVs for client presentation
* Achieve KPIs
* Support senior consultants

After progression:
* Develop new business
* Manage client accounts
* Negotiate margins
* Maintain safeguarding excellence
* Run your own desk

Uncapped commission throughout.
