A fantastic opportunity is available for a Cover Teacher in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, supporting secondary schools that are passionate in developing future educators.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience before moving into teacher training - additionally, the role is a great fit for experienced educators seeking flexible teaching schedules.
New Educators: Schools provide strong support and training, ensuring a strong, stable and structured entry point into the education sector.
You will supervise lessons using pre-prepared materials and support maintaining a positive learning environment for students aged 11-16.
Key Responsibilities...
- Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of secondary subjects
- Maintain classroom behaviour and a productive learning environment
- Ensure students remain engaged with learning activities
- Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons
- Support students during structured learning time
