Responsibilities
- Provide classroom support during lessons
- Assist with small-group or 1:1 learning sessions
- Support behaviour and emotional regulation
- Help prepare adapted learning materials
- Encourage confidence and independence
Candidate Requirements
- Experience with SEN students is beneficial
- Experience working with children or young people welcomed
- Patient and supportive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
