Redbridge Primary School | April 2026 Start | £186-£230 per day PAYE (Main Scale 1-5)
Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a welcoming Primary school in Redbridge that is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to join their Early Years team from April 2026. This opportunity is available on a full-time or flexible basis, making it suitable for teachers seeking either a consistent full-time role or a more flexible working pattern. The role is term time only and paid £186-£230 per day PAYE, in line with Main Scale Pay 1-5.

The Early Years provision is well resourced, and the leadership team works closely with staff to ensure that staff have the tools and support needed to deliver engaging lessons.
The successful teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering stimulating activities that support the development of young learners across the Early Years Foundation Stage and the school are looking for a skilled Nursery Teacher who can create a warm and engaging classroom environment where children are encouraged to explore, play and develop key early learning skills.
The ideal Nursery Teacher will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience working as a Nursery Teacher or within the Early Years Foundation Stage
Have strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
Be creative, nurturing and passionate about early childhood education
