The Role
You will support the science department by preparing equipment and materials, assisting with classroom experiments, and maintaining a safe and organised laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and setting up materials and equipment for science lessons
* Supporting practical experiments and demonstrations in the classroom
* Maintaining and cleaning laboratory apparatus and workspaces
* Managing stock and ensuring chemicals and equipment are safely stored
* Assisting with health and safety compliance in the laboratory
* Supporting students and teachers during practical activities

Requirements:
* Previous UK-based school experience is essential and candidates without this will not be considered
* Experience working in a school science environment or similar practical setting
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach
* A genuine interest in supporting science education and student learning
