Teaching Assistant (Early Years)

SANZA Teaching Agency are currently supporting an excellent independent school in Havering (Upminster). They are looking for a teaching assistant/nursery nurse/early years practitioner to support in their pre- school (year before reception).
You must have a minimum level 3 qualification in the early years/be a qualified nursery nurse/early years practitioner to be considered for this role.
The school:
The school is set within a historic Grade II-listed mansion and surrounded by seven acres of stunning grounds. The school features spacious classrooms, excellent playgrounds, a forest school, outdoor learning areas and a heated swimming pool!
In the pre- school, there is an Early Years Village. It features a playground, an orchard, a mud kitchen, and bright classrooms, creating an ideal environment for play, learning, and growth - perfectly nurturing creativity and curiosity.
About you:
- Must have a minimum level 3 qualification in the early years/be a qualified nursery nurse/early years practitioner
- Must have previous experience working in the early years (nursery/reception)
- Must be a firm believer in experiential learning and play-based approaches to learning
- Must be able to work within a team and support others
- Must have a fun and engaging personality and be able to connect well with young children
