Part-Time School Administrator - Specialist School
Location: Sheffield S2
Start Date: Monday 13th April 2026
Contract: Fixed term until end of July 2026 (with potential to continue into the new academic year)
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role:


We are looking for a professional and well-presented School Administrator to join a specialist school on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone with previous experience in a school or similar setting who enjoys providing excellent administrative support and working as part of a friendly team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • General school administration

  • Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries

  • Using Parent Mail for communications and administration

  • Occasional reception cover

About You:

  • Previous experience in a school or similar administrative environment

  • Professional, well-presented, and confident

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
