You will work closely with teaching assistants, parents, and external professionals to develop personalised education plans, adapting strategies to meet diverse learning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire and challenge students with a range of SEN needs.

  • Monitor and assess student progress, using outcomes to inform teaching strategies.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Support emotional, social, and behavioural development, promoting confidence and independence.

  • Maintain clear, accurate records and communicate effectively with parents and carers.

We are looking for:

  • Qualified teachers with QTS or equivalent credentials.

  • Experience in SEN settings or working with children with additional needs.

  • Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for inclusive education.
