1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Hammersmith & Fulham

Full-time / Long-term / ASAP Start

We're working with a welcoming SEN school in Hammersmith & Fulham looking for dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support students with additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and ADHD.

You'll be working closely with individual students, helping them access learning, manage behaviour, and feel supported throughout their school day.

The role will involve:

  • Providing 1:1 support for students with SEN

  • Assisting the teacher with lesson delivery and planning

  • Supporting students with EHCPs

  • Helping manage behaviour in a calm and consistent way

  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and engagement in learning

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in SEN or similar roles (ASD, SEMH, ADHD)

  • Can support behaviour using de-escalation strategies

  • Is patient, reliable, and resilient

  • Can build strong relationships with students and staff

  • Must have a Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
