SEN Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Newham, supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism and complex needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a well-resourced setting with a strong multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for delivering highly differentiated lessons, supporting communication development, and creating a structured and nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver personalised learning for pupils with ASD and complex needs

• Use strategies such as PECS, Makaton, and sensory approaches

• Work closely with TAs, therapists, and families

• Monitor progress through EHCP targets

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience working with Autism and complex needs

• Strong behaviour management and adaptability
