Tradewind Recruitment is hiring ambitious graduates, ex-teachers, and sales professionals for our Sheffield office through the Impact Academy trainee programme.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Source and interview teaching candidates across Sheffield and surrounding areas
- Build strong relationships with schools and education professionals
- Write CVs and candidate profiles, promoting candidates to schools
- Support consultants with school recruitment needs
- Achieve recruitment targets and KPIs
- Progress to managing your own client desk with uncapped commission potential

- £28,000-£30,000 basic, OTE £35,000-£40,000 in year one
