Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Wirral

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a real impact in a secondary school setting?
We're working with a supportive secondary school on the Wirral who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support students both academically and pastorally.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons

• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEN and behavioural challenges

• Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement, and independence

• Helping to adapt learning materials to meet individual student needs

• Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support student progress and wellbeing

What we're looking for:

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (11-16)

• Confidence supporting students with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs

• A calm, patient, and proactive approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A reliable and professional attitude
