Learning Support Assistant (Core Subject Specialist) - Full-Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Bromley, South East London
Are you an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a strong academic background in a core subject? We are currently recruiting for a full-time LSA to work across secondary schools in Bromley, supporting students to achieve their full potential in a welcoming and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:
Provide targeted academic support in core subjects (English, Maths, or Science) across KS3 and KS4
Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting resources and approaches to meet individual needs
Assist in monitoring student progress and contribute to personalised learning plans
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and independence
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (English, Maths, or Science)
Experience supporting students with SEN, including a good understanding of different learning needs
A degree is preferred
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
