Salary: £40,317 - £52,300 (Inner London Main Pay Scale)

Sanza Teaching Agency, together with our sister company Tradewind Recruitment, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Southwark from September. This full-time role is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as experienced teachers on the Main Pay Scale (M1-M6).

The Role:

As a Primary Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance learning
  • Contribute to the wider school community and participate in school initiatives

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a UK primary school (including placements for ECTs)
  • Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching
  • A valid Child Workforce DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one)
  • The right to work in the UK
