Full-Time SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Secondary Schools | Lambeth | 5 Days per Week
Are you an experienced and dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and thriving secondary school environment?
We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable SEN LSA to join a welcoming and well-resourced secondary school in Lambeth on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people with additional needs and helping them reach their full potential.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with Special Educational Needs
Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored learning strategies
Support students both academically and socially, promoting confidence and independence
Adapt learning materials to suit individual needs and abilities
Monitor and report on student progress
Requirements:
Previous experience working as an SEN LSA in a secondary school setting
Strong subject knowledge, with the ability to support across the curriculum
A degree is preferred
A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
