Early Years Educator / Nursery Nurse (Reception) - Summer Term Role

A welcoming primary school in Hackney is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years professional to join their team for the summer term, primarily working within a Reception class, with some time also spent supporting in Nursery.

This is a fantastic opportunity to support young learners at a key stage in their development, within a nurturing and inclusive environment where children and staff are equally valued.

The Role

Support teaching and learning within Reception, with occasional support in Nursery

Encourage children's development through play-based and structured activities

Help maintain a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment

Work closely with the class teacher and wider staff team

Assist with daily routines and classroom organisation

About You

Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) - essential

Have previous experience in an Early Years setting

Bring a caring, proactive, and reliable approach

Communicate confidently and work well within a team
