We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND team, working with Key Stage 3 students.

The Role:
- Supporting students with a range of special educational needs within a Key Stage 3 SEND class
- Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities
- Providing one-to-one and small group support
- Encouraging positive behaviour and helping students build confidence and independence
- Assisting with personal care where required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience working with children or young people with SEND (school-based or similar setting)
- Is patient, resilient, and adaptable
- Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Has a proactive and positive approach to supporting learning
