We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive SEND team, working with Key Stage 3 students.

The Role:

  • Supporting students with a range of special educational needs within a Key Stage 3 SEND class
  • Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored learning activities
  • Providing one-to-one and small group support
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping students build confidence and independence
  • Assisting with personal care where required

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has experience working with children or young people with SEND (school-based or similar setting)
  • Is patient, resilient, and adaptable
  • Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
  • Has a proactive and positive approach to supporting learning
