Year 3 Teacher (Full Time)
Location: Dukinfield, Tameside
Start Date: June 2026
Contract: Full time until at least Summer (with potential to extend)
Salary: MPS1 1- 6 (reflecting full teaching responsibilities)

On behalf of our client school, Tradewind are seeking a passionate and committed Year 3 Teacher to join a welcoming, single-form entry primary school in Dukinfield, Tameside from June 2026. This full-time role will run until at least Summer wit the potential to continue in to the new academic year and is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced practitioners paying MPS 1-6 which will be reflective of your experience.

The successful candidate will:

• Carry out all teaching responsibilities including marking, assessment, planning, staff meetings and fulfilling all elements of the teaching role
• Be a reflective and dedicated teacher with strong classroom practice
• Build effective and positive relationships with pupils to foster a love of learning
• Use effective behaviour management strategies that promote a calm, inclusive and productive learning environment
• Embrace our creative curriculum and contribute to the wider life of the school
