SEN Teacher (SEMH) - Camden | Immediate Start

We are recruiting a committed and resilient SEN Teacher to join a small, specialist SEMH school in Camden. This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly supportive setting where relationships, consistency, and emotional support are at the heart of everything.

The Role:

  • Deliver creative, differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
  • Support pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
  • Build strong, trusting relationships to re-engage pupils in education
  • Work closely with TAs, therapists, and pastoral teams
  • Create a calm, structured, and safe learning environment

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent (essential)
  • Experience with SEN, SEMH, or behaviour needs
  • Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills
  • Patient, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
