SEN Teaching Assistant - Ealing | Immediate Start | Long-Term Opportunities

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join specialist SEN schools in Ealing, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.

The Role:

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
  • Support pupils' behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to follow individual learning plans
  • Help create a structured, safe, and nurturing classroom environment

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (desirable but not essential)
  • Is patient, calm, and nurturing in approach
  • Can build positive relationships and provide consistent support
  • Is proactive, reliable, and passionate about helping pupils succeed
  • Holds or is willing to obtain a Child or Adult DBS
