SEN Teacher - Ealing | Immediate Start

We are recruiting for qualified SEN Teachers to join specialist schools in Ealing, supporting pupils with a range of needs including Autism, SEMH, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.

The Role:

  • Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of SEN pupils
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development
  • Lead classroom management and behaviour strategies in line with individual plans
  • Collaborate closely with SENCOs, support staff, and therapists to implement personalised learning plans
  • Create a structured, engaging, and safe classroom environment

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
  • Has experience working with SEN or SEMH pupils (desirable but not essential)
  • Is patient, resilient, and adaptable
  • Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
  • Is passionate about inclusive education and committed to long-term impact
