Are you a level 3 qualified Ealy Years Practitioner looking for flexible work that fit around you?

Tradewind recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Early years Practitioner to join our team, supporting a range of nurseries and EYFS setting across Peterborough (PE1) and surrounding areas.

This flexible, temporary role is ideal for practitioners looking to go experience across different setting, build knowledge and work about your way of life.

About the role

• Work on flexible, temporary basis across multiple Early Years settings
• Provide High Quality cover for staff absence and busy periods
• Support children's learning development and wellbeing in line with the EYFS farmwork
• Deliver engaging and age -appropriate activities
• Adapt confidently to different environment and teams

What we are looking for

• Level 3 Early Years Qualification
• Previous experience within EYFS settings
• A proactive, hands on and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young children development
