Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a secondary school setting? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in a welcoming and supportive school in Corby.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced support staff who are passionate about education and eager to develop their skills in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers
  • Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students remain on task
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement
  • Support the wider school community when required

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A degree or relevant experience working with young people
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Confidence leading a classroom independently
  • A proactive and adaptable approach
  • A genuine interest in education and student development
