Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Early Years
Are you a passionate and experienced Early Years practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Level 3 (or above) Teaching Assistant with strong behaviour management skills to join a dedicated team and make a real impact on young children's learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Nursery Manager in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children aged 3-5 (07:30-17:30)
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour management
- Work closely with parents and carers to ensure consistent support between home and school
- Contribute to individual education plans (IEPs) and monitor pupil progress
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education / Childcare
- Strong experience managing challenging behaviour in young children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- A commitment to supporting all pupils, including those with SEND
