Are you a compassionate and experienced Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)?
Tradewind Recruitment is proud to be recruiting for a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the Royton (OL2) area of Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference within a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
The Role:
- Full-time, long-term position with an immediate start
- Supporting pupils with SEND within the classroom and through targeted interventions
- Working closely with class teachers and support staff to deliver tailored learning plans
- Encouraging pupil progress, independence, and confidence
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
About You:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential)
- Previous experience supporting SEND pupils in a primary school setting
- A patient, empathetic, and reliable approach
- A strong commitment to inclusion and supporting every child's development
