Supply Teacher - Rushden, Northamptonshire - Flexible working - Up to £160 per day PAYE depending on experience
Are you a qualified teacher or an ECT who's looking for flexibility in your working schedule which includes no planning or marking?

About you - Supply Teachers - Rushden, Northamptonshire
- Must hold a QTS
- Strong classroom management - we are looking for people who can hit the ground running from day one!
- Can quickly adapt to new classroom environments, school policies, and routines
- Can deliver pre-set lesson plans effectively while maintaining pace and structure
- Uses initiative to support learning when plans are limited or unclear
- Provides clear feedback to the class teacher on student progress and behaviour
