About the Programme
Our structured graduate pathway provides invaluable classroom experience, professional development, and ongoing support to help you transition into a successful teaching career.
You will:
- Gain hands-on experience working in local secondary schools
- Support pupils across a range of subjects (with opportunities to specialise)
- Develop key classroom management and teaching skills
- Receive guidance from experienced educators and mentors
- Build a strong foundation for teacher training (PGCE, Schools Direct, etc.)
What We're Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed graduates who:
- Hold a degree (2:2 or above) in any subject
- Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people
- Are proactive, resilient, and adaptable
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Have (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS check
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
