A highly regarded Special Needs School in Camden is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. The school supports pupils aged 3-19 with severe, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex medical needs.

The Role

• Deliver tailored, inclusive teaching for pupils with complex SEN needs
• Plan, assess and monitor individual progress
• Adapt teaching to support diverse learning and communication needs
• Work within a multi-disciplinary and supportive team

Requirements

• Positive, proactive and resilient attitude
• Strong commitment to special education and inclusion
• Experience in SEN or transferable mainstream teaching
• Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching approaches
• Reflective practitioner with a focus on continuous development
