Contract: Full-Time | Term-Time Only
Pay Rate: £95-£120 per day (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
As a Graduate Teacher, you'll play an active role in the classroom-delivering pre-set lessons, supporting students, and learning from experienced teaching staff. This is a great way to build confidence, develop your skills, and gain a clear understanding of school life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading lessons and supervising classes across a range of subjects
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support for students who need extra help
  • Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a focused learning environment
  • Supporting teachers with planning, marking, and general classroom tasks
  • Gaining valuable experience to support future teacher training applications

This Role Would Suit:

  • Recent graduates in any subject (particularly core subjects or humanities)
  • Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work)
  • Confident communicators with a genuine interest in education
  • Aspiring teachers looking to gain experience before a PGCE, SCITT, or similar pathway
  • Reliable, proactive, and professional individuals
