Start Date: June or September 2026
Contract: Full-Time | Term-Time Only
Pay Rate: £95-£120 per day (dependent on experience)

We're working with secondary schools across Corby that are looking to welcome enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join them as Graduate Teachers from June or September 2026. About the Role:
As a Graduate Teacher, you'll play an active role in the classroom-delivering pre-set lessons, supporting students, and learning from experienced teaching staff. This is a great way to build confidence, develop your skills, and gain a clear understanding of school life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading lessons and supervising classes across a range of subjects
- Providing one-to-one or small group support for students who need extra help
- Promoting positive behaviour and maintaining a focused learning environment
- Supporting teachers with planning, marking, and general classroom tasks
- Gaining valuable experience to support future teacher training applications
This Role Would Suit:
- Recent graduates in any subject (particularly core subjects or humanities)
- Individuals with experience working with young people (e.g. tutoring, coaching, mentoring, youth work)
- Confident communicators with a genuine interest in education
- Aspiring teachers looking to gain experience before a PGCE, SCITT, or similar pathway
- Reliable, proactive, and professional individuals
