Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Supply Basis)

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking dedicated and adaptable Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a network of schools within a well-established trust in the Doncaster area. This is a flexible supply-based role, ideal for individuals who enjoy variety and want to make a positive impact across different educational settings.

About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support teaching and learning across a range of primary and/or secondary schools within the trust. Work will be on a supply basis, including day-to-day, short-term, and potentially longer-term placements.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Supporting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
• Providing targeted 1:1 and small group support for pupils
• Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support strategies
• Preparing learning materials and resources
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

About You

We are looking for candidates who:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Have experience working with children or young people in an educational setting
• Are flexible, reliable, and confident working in new environments
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills
• Are passionate about supporting pupil development and learning outcomes
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or are willing to apply)
