Who we're looking for:
- ECTs who have not completed their induction, or are completing their PGCE or teacher training in 2026
- Motivated and adaptable individuals keen to develop their teaching practice
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Confident delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- DBS on the Update Service (or happy to apply for one)
