Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Secondary School - Hackney
Start: September 2025 | Full-time | Term-time | £100-£115 per day

What you'll be doing:
- Supporting students with behavioural challenges
- De-escalating situations and keeping students engaged
- Running 1:1 mentoring sessions
- Working closely with pastoral teams
What they need:
- Experience with behaviour / SEMH / youth work / PRU (ideal)
- Strong presence, calm under pressure
- Someone who builds trust quickly
