Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity? A welcoming and supportive Primary School in Oldham is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their Year 4 team on a long-term basis.

The Role:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Providing targeted support to pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Assisting with classroom management and general Teaching Assistant duties

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting
  • A proactive, adaptable, and nurturing approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
