Tradewind Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Oldham, providing 1:1 support for a child in Early Years. The Role:

• Providing 1:1 support for a child in the Early Years setting
• Supporting learning, development, and emotional wellbeing in a nurturing environment
• Working closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to deliver tailored support strategies

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Experience working with children with complex SEND needs
• A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
