We are currently partnering with Primary and Secondary schools-including several prominent Multi-Academy Trusts-across Preston, South Ribble, Blackburn with Darwen, and Burnley.

We offer a unique "staggered" start to your career that allows you to find the right "fit" without the pressure:

  • Now until July: Work as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or TA. It's the perfect way to build classroom confidence, learn school cultures, and get your foot in the door without the full-scale planning responsibility.

  • From September: Transition into Long-Term Teaching roles. We are already recruiting for full-year placements where you can begin your formal induction years.
