Requirements: What You'll Need

To be considered for these roles, you must meet the following essential criteria:

  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): This is a mandatory requirement for our supply teaching pool.

  • Adaptability: A flexible approach and the ability to "hit the ground running" in new environments.

  • Engagement: Strong classroom management skills and a genuine passion for student progress.

  • Mobility: A willingness to travel across our key regions (Preston, South Ribble, or Blackburn).
