Teaching Assistant

Your role as a Teaching Assistant in Chatteris:

  • Supporting teachers with daily classroom activities
  • Providing 1:1 support to pupils as a Teaching Assistant
  • Supporting pupils with SEND including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
  • Delivering small group interventions as a SEND Teaching Assistant
  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

What we are looking for:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant, 1:1 Support Assistant, or SEND Teaching Assistant
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
