We are seeking an inspiring Early Years Leader to guide a vibrant Reception Department and shape the very first chapter of pupils' learning journeys within a highly regarded independent preparatory school in North London (Camden).

This is a rare opportunity to lead a dedicated EYFS team, champion outstanding EYFS practice, and create a joyful, nurturing environment where curiosity and confidence thrive.

As Head of Reception, you will play a pivotal role in driving high-quality teaching and learning, supporting colleagues, and ensuring every child feels known, valued, and excited to come to school each day.

Alongside leadership responsibilities, you will hold a full Reception class teaching timetable, modelling exceptional classroom practice and helping pupils build strong foundations into Year 1 and beyond.
