Location: Whitstable, Kent
Start Dates: April (after Easter) or September (after summer holidays)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 basic + Uncapped commission
OTE: £35,000 - £40,000 in Year 1

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Responsibilities

In your first year, you will:

  • Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent vacancies
  • Produce professional candidate profiles and market them to schools
  • Work closely with experienced consultants to increase placements
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients
  • Work towards realistic KPIs with full support from management
  • Earn commission throughout your development

This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with clear progression opportunities.

Salary, Commission & Benefits

  • £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary
  • OTE £35,000 - £40,000 in Year 1
  • Uncapped commission structure from day one
