You'll receive hands-on recruitment training, live coaching, and ongoing mentoring from experienced professionals.

Graduate Recruitment Consultant - The Role

During your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for education vacancies
• Write professional candidate profiles and market them to schools
• Work closely with experienced consultants to maximise placements
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Work towards achievable KPIs with full management support
• Earn uncapped commission from the start

This role is ideal for graduates who thrive in sales-focused environments and are motivated by progression and financial success.

Salary, Commission & Benefits

• £28,000 - £30,000 basic + Uncapped commission
• OTE £38,000 - £40,000 in Year 1
• Uncapped commission from day one

Career Progression

Successful graduates can quickly progress into Senior Consultant, Team Leader, and Management positions.

Who We're Looking For

This role is open exclusively to graduates. Recruitment experience is not required as full training will be provided.
