Tradewind Recruitment is recruiting enthusiastic Sports Coaches and Graduates to work across schools in Swindon from September 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in education, develop classroom confidence, or begin a career in teaching.

The Role

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work across primary and secondary schools in roles including:

• PE Cover Supervisor
• Teaching Assistant
• Sports Coach
• Classroom Support Assistant

You will support schools on a flexible supply basis, with opportunities for:

• Daily Supply
• Long-Term Placements
• Full-Time Roles
• Part-Time Roles

We Are Looking For:

• Sports coaches, graduates, or individuals with experience working with young people
• Positive, energetic, and adaptable individuals
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• Candidates passionate about education, sport, and supporting pupil development
• Individuals considering a future career in teaching, coaching, or education

Experience working in schools is desirable but not essential.
