An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Secondary Music Teacher to join our SEN school supporting students aged 11-19 with complex learning needs and autism.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver accessible and engaging music lessons
- Encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence through music
- Adapt teaching for a range of learning and communication needs
- Support students with sensory and emotional regulation through music
- Contribute to enrichment activities and school performances
Requirements:
- QTS or relevant teaching/music qualification
- Experience with SEN or willingness to develop specialist skills
- Strong classroom management and relationship-building skills
- Passion for inclusive arts education
