We work with a wide network of welcoming and well-established primary schools across Nottingham, Mansfield, Newark, West Bridgford, and surrounding Nottinghamshire areas.

As an ECT working in supply teaching, you will:

Many of our ECTs secure permanent roles in schools where they initially completed supply work.

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
  • Follow existing lesson plans or adapt learning activities where required
  • Create positive and inclusive classroom environments
  • Support pupil progress, wellbeing, and engagement
  • Adapt confidently to different Primary School settings across Nottinghamshire
  • Uphold high teaching and safeguarding standards at all times

To be considered for these ECT Teaching opportunities, you should have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be due to complete your teacher training in 2026
  • A genuine passion for Primary Education
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching
  • An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
