A nurturing and well-respected primary school in the Castle Point area is seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher to join their team from September 2026. The school has a strong focus on providing a safe, stimulating, and language-rich environment where children can develop confidence and a love of learning from the very start of their education journey.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and caring teacher who is passionate about Early Years practice and understands the importance of play-based learning, strong routines, and high-quality interaction.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate EYFS provision
  • Plan and support learning through purposeful play and structured activities
  • Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Track and support children's early development milestones
  • Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and carers
