SEND 1:1 Teaching Assistants - Mainstream Primary Schools across Croydon
Location: Croydon, South London
Contracts: Varying short and long term contracts available

You will work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with a variety of additional needs, helping to create a safe, engaging and nurturing learning environment where every child can succeed.
The Role:
Provide 1:1 tailored support for your assigned pupil
Be confident to support SEND, including ASD, ADHD, Emotional Dysregulation
Support learning, emotional regulation, and social development
Work alongside class teachers and SENCOs to implement EHCP target and support plan
Adapt learning resources to meet individual needs of the child
Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds at least a Level 1 Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or 3 desirable)
Has previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within SEND or inclusion
Confident supporting pupils with additional needs in a mainstream primary setting
Patient, empathetic, and committed to pupil progress and wellbeing
Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Available Monday to Friday (part-time roles still require weekday availability)
