Behaviour Mentor - Secondary School Opportunities in Warrington

Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support a variety of secondary schools across Warrington.

We are looking to speak with motivated and resilient individuals who are passionate about supporting young people in education. These opportunities can include long-term, short-term, and temporary-to-permanent positions within secondary school settings.

Our partner schools regularly require Behaviour Mentors and classroom-based pastoral support staff to assist with:

  • Student engagement and behaviour management
  • One-to-one and small group intervention
  • Classroom support across KS3 and KS4
  • Inclusion and pastoral support
  • Promoting positive behaviour and attendance

These roles are ideal for:
