Experienced Teaching Assistant

A high-achieving secondary school in Westminster is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their SEN department from September.

This position is based within a well-regarded school in Westminster, known for its academic standards and inclusive approach to learning. The successful Teaching Assistant will support students with additional needs across KS3 and KS4, working closely with teaching staff and the SENCO.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 SEN support
Support small group interventions
Assist with classroom resources and differentiation
Track student progress and report findings

Requirements

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
Strong understanding of SEN in secondary education
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Confident behaviour management
