Important: Applications are only open to candidates with a minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment. Applications from other recruitment sectors will not be considered.

What We're Looking For:
* Minimum 12 months' experience within education recruitment
* Strong sales and business development skills
* Ability to build long-term relationships with schools and candidates
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding and compliance processes
* Driven, ambitious, and professional approach
