Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher for a full-time position starting in September at this Client, a successful and inclusive secondary school based in Southwark. This is a fixed term contract for 1 full academic year and offers an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and ambitious teaching team committed to delivering outstanding education and achievement for all students.

This Client is looking for a dedicated Maths Teacher who can inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to teach Key Stage 5 considered an advantage. The successful candidate will be passionate about raising attainment, delivering engaging and differentiated lessons, and creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will be expected to plan and deliver high-quality lessons, monitor student progress effectively, contribute to departmental planning, and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support student success.

The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification and possess a strong academic background in Mathematics or a related subject. This Client is seeking a professional with excellent classroom management skills, strong communication abilities, a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, and a genuine passion for education. Salary for this role will be paid in line with the London MPS/UPS pay scale. Interviews are to be arranged immediately.
